Chicago Society Conclave 2025 Events Schedule

It's almost time to slide into those flip-flops and ride the wave to Tampa for Conclave 2025! We’re headed to Tampa, where the humidity is high, the politics are questionable, and the bugs are bold—but so are we!

Come for the camaraderie, stay because your flight got delayed by lightning again.

Wait! Florida? Are these things only in Florida or Texas?

Not exactly.

Our Grand Chapter Conclaves have taken us coast to coast, covering all four U.S. time zones— though only eight Conclaves in our entire history have ever ventured west of the Mississippi. You’d have to rewind all the way to 1953 when we gathered in Portland, Oregon, for the last time we met in the Pacific Time Zone.

So yes, heading to Florida might be humid—but at least it’s familiar. In fact, it’s been eight years since Conclave last breezed through Florida, and SigEp is once again bringing the heat—and not just the weather.

We’ve cooked up a weekend of sunshine, palm trees, and unforgettable brotherhood in the Sunshine State. From reconnecting with old friends and making new ones at our Welcome Reception to our legendary Friday night gathering that’s sure to be wilder than an Everglades airboat ride, you won’t want to miss a moment.

Prepare to end your day with a bang, because the Sigma Phi Epsilon Chicago Society Board of Directors is throwing a fabulous reception. We're taking over space in the hotel and we're inviting everyone - brothers, alumni, volunteers, and our indispensable allies - to join us! This is a chance for the entire SigEp community to mix and mingle, to toast to our achievements, and to revel in the spirit of brotherhood and solidarity that makes us who we are.

The cash bar will be serving up everything from classic cocktails to the latest craft brews, so you can raise a glass to the good times, the shared dreams, and the road ahead. Whether you're a Chicago Society member or an ally, a veteran volunteer or a fresh-faced undergraduate, this reception is for you.
