Cody Rapp, Clarion University (PA Upsilon) '12 & Canisius College (NY Lambda) '16 and currently serves SigEp as the VP Relations for NY Gamma AVC @ NYU and as the Lt. District Governor for District 7. He is a 2011 Ruck Scholar and throughout his SigEp career has earned the National Competition Scholarship award, and Volunteer of the Year in two districts. He has helped charter three chapters including his alma mater at Clarion University, NYU, and the Beta Theta Pi Chapter at The Colony of New Jersey, where he volunteers as the VPR Mentor. Cody has facilitated more than 10 EDGEs, 8 Carlson Leadership Academies, 2 Conclaves, and fills a number of other small roles in the fraternity when called upon. Professionally, Cody is the Director of Community at Paragon One, a NYC-based edtech company creating remote externships on behalf of corporate America for young and aspiring professionals. In his role he is building the Community department from scratch which will include educational and student club partnerships, student ambassadors, and all internal and external events. Cody also serves as a board member for a career and personal coaching company called Coaching Seasons. He was also a founding member and Success Coach at ReUp Education and is a graduate of the College Student Personnel Administration Master’s program at Canisius College. Cody has been a leader and presenter for multiple regional Higher Education associations and boards for 10 years and currently serves on the NACE conference program committee and LGBTQ+Allies Affinity Group.

Isaac Roman is a 2012 graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) where he was a member of the SigEp Florida Omicron chapter. As an undergraduate he served as FGCU’s student body president and vice president and as vice president of recruitment for Florida Omicron. Upon graduation, Isaac moved to San Franscico California to work in the technology statup space and has served as an AVC volunteer at FGCU and Stanford University. Isaac claims to have been “in the room” when the “Chicago Society was dreamed up” and credits himself for the unofficial organizational name: SigEp Bromos.

Mike Johnson (He/Him) is a 2001 graduate of SigEp's Washington Gamma chapter at Eastern Washington University. He served fraternity headquarters as a Regional Director in the Upper Midwest for the 2001-2002 school year. Since then Mike has been a Chapter Counselor, Balanced Man Steward, or ritual implementation trainer for five different chapters. He was named Volunteer of the Year for his district in 2016. Mike is a current member of the Board of Governors, a frequent facilitator at Carlson Leadership Academy, and serves as District Governor for District 36, which includes Washington and Oregon. Professionally, Mike is a Program Manager for engineering enablement at Salesforce.com, helping software engineers to be better engineers. He was named TMP Equality Champion for 2022 at Salesforce for his global work promoting LGBT visibility. He is also co-founder and Executive Producer for Gayish Media, LLC, which alongside other queer online content produces the award-nominated weekly LGBT podcast Gayish, which Mike also co-hosts. Mike is also a semi-professional musician, and can be heard singing and playing piano from time to time in various venues across Washington State.

Adam J. Fowler joined Arkansas Epsilon as an undergraduate and began volunteering for California Omicron as a Resident Scholar during his graduate studies at UCLA. He has served in various volunteer roles and currently serves as Chapter Counselor at CA Omicron. Adam is a member of the Board of Governors, has facilitated at Carlson Leadership Academies, served on membership review teams, and volunteered on various national task forces. In 2012 he was named District 26 Volunteer of the Year and in 2018 was given the Distinguished Alumnus Award. Professionally, Adam J. Fowler is an economist and is a founding partner at CVL Economics in Los Angeles, California where he focuses on the intersection of economic development and the creative economy. He is a recognized thought leader in economic analysis and public policy and has provided expert commentary to a wide variety of media outlets, including the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Bloomberg, the San Francisco Chronicle, and National Public Radio.

Scott Schwartz completed his studies at the University of Iowa in 1993, and has been extremely active as an alumnus. He has been a member of the Northwestern University (Illinois Lambda) AVC since 1994 and received the Distinguished Alumnus Award in 2001. Scott has been a facilitator at the Carlson Leadership Academy at least 15 times, served the Fraternity as District Governor for 7 years. A member of the SigEp Educational Foundation Board of Governors, founder of the NUTS McAuliffe Society. Outside of SigEp, Scott is active on the board of two theater groups, and is the co-chair of the Chicago board for StartOut (an LGBTQ entrepreneur group). Professionally, Scott recently sold his business, and is an executive with a food company. Scott has two nearly adult daughters, he and his partner Michael live in Chicago.
